ABOUT ME

I am Marcos, a graduate in Computer Science. I am a restless mind that is constantly researching and learning about new technologies in programming languages and system architecture. I consider myself a great self-taught person, with enormous facilities when it comes to learn on my own and face challenges totally new to me. I have done and still do a lot of projects on my own, with the only goal of learning by trial and error and applying the best development standards and practices (documentation, CI/CD, code style, Git conventions...).

EXPERIENCE

So far, all the experience I have gained has come from two branches. On the one hand, every day I invest my time in researching and learning about new emerging technologies, as well as in the development of projects at a personal level that allow me to put theoretical knowledge into practice, and always simulating a real and professional work environment, applying at all times the required best-practices and standards. On the other hand, I am a junior engineer in a company in the Spanish energy sector, where I have acquired and continue to improve in Python programming, project management and leadership, CI/CD, Devops culture, database management, Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker...
